Jack Sudderth turned 100 Years Old!

BECKLEY- -- A Beckley man celebrates a milestone birthday with a special party, Friday.

Jack Sudderth turned 100 years old and the seniors at the Raleigh County Commission on Aging gathered for the special event.

Jack moved to Beckley when he was 23-years old and spent most of life working as a coal miner.

He says he's a sports enthusiast and spent many days hunting and fishing.

Jack says the secret to a long life is avoiding bad habits. Jack spends a lot of time at the Raleigh County Commission on Aging socializing with his friends and family.
