Police say she threatened teller in a note

MERCER COUNTY -- One woman has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery in Mercer County.

It happened Friday afternoon around 2:00 at the First Community Bank branch inside the Mercer Mall.

Troopers say Amy Davis, 31, of Princeton handed a threatening note over to the teller.

She made off with what police are calling a large sum money.

Friday evening, just before 5:00, police say they arrested Davis with the money, in Bluefield.

Troopers say she's being charged with armed robbery.

Davis is being held in the Southern Regional Jail pending a $75,000 bond.
