College embarks on an educational outreach.

BLUEFIELD -- Bluefield College has partnered with the Jiangsu Institute of Education in China. The schools will jointly participate in a international exchange program.

This semester three students and one professor from China will attend Bluefield College. The professor will be teaching Chinese history, language, and culture classes.

The classes will be available for Bluefield College students and the community.

Culture and history classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Chinese language class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Next May the exchange program will reciprocate. Three Bluefield College students and a professor will travel to China to attend Jinangsu Institue.
