FAIRLEA -- The West Virginia State Fairgrounds is welcoming a new event.
This year, for the first time ever, you can check out the Haunted Barn in Fairlea.
Greenbrier County Emergency Ambulance Service is sponsoring this spooktacular event.
For three consecutive weekends this month, the cattle barn and small arena will be decked out to scare.
"It's just going to be a great time for families, youth groups, schools, church organizations to come on out, go through the barn, see it in a different light and get a good scare along the way," said Randi Nikolas, State Fairgrounds Special Events Manager.
The Haunted Barn is scheduled for Oct.16,17, 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31.
The cost is $6 for adults, $4 for kids under 12.
