There have been 41 rabies cases in the county in 2009.
LEWISBURG -- Three more cases of rabies have been confirmed in Greenbrier County.
In a press release, county health department officials said a skunk in the Maxwelton area and two raccoons found in Frankford all tested positive for rabies this week.
These rabid animals came into contact with 13 dogs. All were current on their vaccinations and received booster shots.
There have now been 41 cases of rabies in Greenbrier County this year.
