SOUTH CHARLESTON -- A Putnam County fugitive is back in custody.
Timothy Alan Ward escaped from custody in Putnam County on Nov. 7.
Acting on a tip, State Police found Ward at a residence in Saint Albans on Monday.
Ward is charged with two failure to appear charges in Kanawha County. In Putnam County he is charged with escape, obstructing an officer, manufacturing meth and fleeing on foot.
Ward is currently in the South Central Regional Jail.
