OAK HILL -- The Oak Hill Police Department and the Fayette County Sheriff's Department arrested two people Thursday after executing a search warrant at an Oak Hill home.
Damon L. Luster, 38, and Tammy S. Jones, 19, both of Oak Hill were arrested on multiple charges.
Luster was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Jones was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Luster and Jones are being held in the Southern Regional Jail awaiting bond.
According to investigators, these arrests stem an investigation into a shooting in August at Luster's home. Two people were shot and injured in that incident.
